We're set up with most of the major manufacturers in the Valley, and they all build a good product. Right now our favorite is Invicta, because their doors are solid and their customer service is even better. We also install Clopay, Amarr, First United, Safeway and Wayne Dalton.

Working with several manufacturers means we can recommend the door that fits your house and your budget, instead of the one brand we happen to carry.

Picking the Right Door for Arizona

Insulation

An insulated steel door keeps the garage noticeably cooler in July, and quieter year-round. If you use your garage as a gym or workshop, you'll feel the difference.

Color

Lighter colors fade less and soak up less heat. Darker doors look sharp, and we'll help you pick a finish that holds up to the sun.

Style & windows

Raised panel, carriage house, flush, modern or full-view glass. Windows add light and curb appeal, and we'll talk through privacy and heat.

We also measure for headroom and what your opening can handle, and if you have an HOA, bring us their guidelines. We'll find doors they'll actually approve.

Balancing the door and connecting and testing your opener
A 1-year labor warranty, plus the manufacturer's warranty on the door and parts

How Long Does It Take?

Order times depend on the manufacturer and the door you choose, typically anywhere from 2 to 18 weeks. We'll give you a timeframe when you order and keep you in the loop. Installation itself takes about 4 hours per door.

He eyeballed my “broken” opener, pushed a few buttons on it and Shazam, it came back to life. He didn’t have to do that. What an honest company! He was at my house within the hour and had all the wheels replaced in about a half hour. When he was done, I was shocked at how quiet my garage door could be!

Communicated well through the whole process, was ON TIME and did the work right, the first time. I needed a new bottom vinyl/rubber piece because mine was rotted out from the sun. Because of the style we had, we needed to have the bottom retaining track replaced. He did that and I had him replace my rollers with new ones as well. We had an older metal with bearings system and the new one is more of a poly material style roller. Much quieter and smoother and they have a lifetime warranty. Will definitely be using Gryffin again because we all know garage doors need maintenance.

Do you offer free estimates?

Yes. Estimates are free on all of our services, new doors included.

Should I repair my door or replace it?

If the door is badly damaged, sagging or past about 20 years old, replacement often makes more sense. If it's just a spring or a panel, we'll tell you that too. Here's more on repair vs. replace.

Can you match my HOA's requirements?

Yes. Send us the guidelines and we'll only show you doors that fit them.

Can I just replace one damaged section instead?
