Garage Door Tune-Ups & Noisy Door Repair in Chandler & the Phoenix Valley
If your garage door announces every arrival to the whole neighborhood, it's trying to tell you something. Grinding, squealing, popping and rattling usually mean worn parts that are cheap to fix now and expensive to ignore. A tune-up and a set of quiet rollers can make it smooth again.

Our 21-Point Lube & Tune
Arizona heat and dust dry out lubricant and wear parts down faster than just about anywhere. A tune-up covers:
- A 21-point inspection of the springs, cables, drums, bearings, rollers, hinges, tracks and opener
- Lubricating the hinges, springs, rollers and bearings, and greasing the opener rail
- Tightening loose hardware and making minor adjustments
- Checking the door's balance and the opener's safety reverse
You'll get a straight rundown of anything that's wearing out, so you can plan for it instead of getting surprised by it. Tune-ups come with a 30-day warranty. We recommend one a year, and a lot of our customers just book it for the same month every year.
The Quietest Upgrade: Sealed Nylon Rollers
Builder-grade rollers are usually bare steel or cheap nylon with open bearings. Over time they wear flat, wobble and get loud. We replace them with premium sealed nylon rollers with 13 ball bearings each. They're self-lubricating, they need no maintenance, and they come with a 5-year parts & labor warranty.
This is the upgrade that gets the most "I didn't know my door could be this quiet" reactions.

Other Noise Makers We Fix
Squeaking at every section is usually dry or worn hinges. A creaking or stretching sound can be a tired spring. Rattling is often loose hardware. Grinding from the motor points to a worn chain or gear, and a quiet belt-drive opener fixes that for good.
We also replace worn bottom seals, the rubber strip that keeps dust, heat and the occasional scorpion out of your garage. Those come with a 1-year warranty.

Tune-Up FAQs
How often should my garage door be serviced?
Once a year for most homes. If your garage is the main way in and out of the house, twice a year doesn't hurt.
Can I lubricate the door myself?
Sure. Use a garage door lubricant, not WD-40 or grease, on the hinges, rollers and bearings. A professional tune-up also catches worn parts before they fail, which is the part that saves you money.
My door got loud right after a repair. Is that normal?
No. Give us a call and we'll take a look.
Do you offer free estimates?
Yes. Estimates are free on all of our services.
