What Counts as a Garage Door Emergency?

What to Do Until We Get There

Stop pressing the button. Running the opener on a broken door can wreck the opener and the door. Stay clear of the door, especially if it's crooked or a cable is loose. Leave the springs and cables alone. They're under a lot of tension. Then call or text us at (480) 744-8485 and tell us what you're seeing. A quick photo or video helps us bring the right parts the first time.

Our Hours

Monday–Friday, 7am–5pm: regular appointments, with same-day service when the schedule allows.
Saturday, 7am–5pm: emergencies only.
Sundays and after hours: we don't run after-hours calls, but leave a message or send a text and we'll get back to you first thing the next business day.

He eyeballed my “broken” opener, pushed a few buttons on it and Shazam, it came back to life. He didn’t have to do that. What an honest company! My garage door was screaming every time I opened it and my kids pointed out that some of the rollers were almost off the track (see the picture). I reached out to Brad. He was at my house within the hour and had all the wheels replaced in about a half hour. When he was done, I was shocked at how quiet my garage door could be!

Communicated well through the whole process, was ON TIME and did the work right, the first time. I needed a new bottom vinyl/rubber piece because mine was rotted out from the sun. Because of the style we had, we needed to have the bottom retaining track replaced. He did that and I had him replace my rollers with new ones as well. We had an older metal with bearings system and the new one is more of a poly material style roller. Much quieter and smoother and they have a lifetime warranty. Will definitely be using Gryffin again because we all know garage doors need maintenance.

Often, yes. It depends on the schedule. Call (480) 744-8485 and we'll give you the earliest time we have.

Do you work on Saturdays?

Yes, for emergencies, 7am to 5pm.

What if it happens on a Sunday or after hours?

Leave a message or send a text with a photo of the door, and we'll get back to you first thing the next business day. Until then, leave the door where it is and don't run the opener.

Do you offer free estimates?
