What We See in Chandler Garages

A lot of Chandler was built between the late '90s and the late 2000s, which means plenty of doors here are the original builder-grade doors, now 15 to 25 years old. Most of our Chandler calls come down to three things: original springs finally giving out (usually with a bang), openers that are loud, slow or just plain tired, and faded or dented doors that are ready to be swapped for an insulated door that handles the summer heat better.

We work all over town, from Ocotillo, Fulton Ranch and Sun Groves to Clemente Ranch, Andersen Springs, downtown Chandler and the neighborhoods around Chandler Fashion Center and the Loop 202.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Quick and honest service/work. I had a different company tell me I needed an entire new garage door, but Brad was able to repair the issue and save me a ton of money.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Griffin sent a tech out to give me an estimate on installing a new garage door opener. He eyeballed my “broken” opener, pushed a few buttons on it and Shazam, it came back to life. He didn’t have to do that. What an honest company! H would highly recommend this company for your garage door needs.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. My garage door was screaming every time I opened it and my kids pointed out that some of the rollers were almost off the track (see the picture). I reached out to Brad. He was at my house within the hour and had all the wheels replaced in about a half hour. When he was done, I was shocked at how quiet my garage door could be!

He was fast, professional, extremely knowledgeable, and very reasonably priced. If I have issues in the future, this is who I am going to call. I highly recommend Brad and his team!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I've been looking for a reliable 'garage door guy' for a while. So happy I found Brad with Gryffin! Communicated well through the whole process, was ON TIME and did the work right, the first time. I needed a new bottom vinyl/rubber piece because mine was rotted out from the sun. Because of the style we had, we needed to have the bottom retaining track replaced. He did that and I had him replace my rollers with new ones as well. We had an older metal with bearings system and the new one is more of a poly material style roller. Much quieter and smoother and they have a lifetime warranty. Will definitely be using Gryffin again because we all know garage doors need maintenance.
